The Grove Schoombee Foundation

Founded in 2022, the Grove Schoombee Foundation is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children in South Africa. 

We operate as a Level 1 B-BBEEE enterprise, advocating for social change and safeguarding the rights of vulnerable babies and children in our community. At the heart of our mission lie three impactful initiatives:

Daybreak House for Babies: This facility provides comprehensive care for infants aged 0 to 2 years. We ensure a nurturing and secure environment for these infants as they await permanent family placement. Our focus on holistic baby care ensures the physical, emotional, and spiritual growth of every child under our care.

Support for Children in Crisis: In partnership with registered NPOs, we provide education and psychological support to abused and neglected children, helping to break the cycle of poverty and empower them for a brighter future.

Support for Children with Cancer: We collaborate with cancer care organisations to offer compassionate care and support to children battling cancer. Our goal is to establish patient palliative care rooms in public hospitals across South Africa.
